Finally, after two years of being engaged, Mr. Kitten and I had engagement pictures taken! I don't even know if you can call them "engagement" pictures after two years, but better late than never! I had a hard time deciding whether I wanted an earthy, natural setting for our session, or the colorful, eclectic backdrop of downtown Austin. Our fabulous photographer, Jennifer Nichols, made the decision easy on me--we could have both! Mr. Kitten and I spent a lovely afternoon with Jennifer first in downtown Austin, and later at a beautiful spot in the hill country.

You guys have the best engagement pictures I've ever scene. My photographer sucked, I wonder if it would be stupid to have cute engagement-type pictures taken after we've been married for a few years just because?
I've never seen your pictures! I bet their good! But NO WAY, it is NOT silly to have pictures taken later! I know people who have done it! Next time we talk on the phone I will tell you all about it! Remind me!
